Key Responsibilities Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits across multiple systems. Support client needs by providing reporting and data related to claimant medications. Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity. Adapt to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a customer-centric approach. Respond to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding claimant medications, providing clear and concise information. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software systems, with experience in Microsoft Office. Ability to learn new programs and manage significant email and phone communications. Communication Skills: Active listening and effective communication skills, with the ability to ask pertinent questions and adjust to situations in a fast-moving environment. Customer Service Experience: At least 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Excellent written grammatical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports. Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills, with strong editing, grammar, and spelling abilities. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued: Experience working in the pharmacy or healthcare industry. Familiarity with Workers' Compensation benefit management. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
