**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Proficiency in speaking on the phone, with a clear and articulate communication style that puts customers at ease.
* Strong multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and scheduling changes.
