As a Weekend Associate Media Analyst, you will play a vital role in assessing traditional, social, and broadcast media to provide clients with refined insights and trends shaping their industries.
In this fully remote, part-time position, you will work closely with our Media Analysts to deliver daily customized reports and news summaries to clients. Your analytical mind, self-motivation, and ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:

Utilize our custom technology to prioritize and filter domestic and international news content
Provide accurate content analysis and insights on client media trends to support Account Managers
Curate customized client newsletters, highlighting significant company and stakeholder mentions, as well as industry trends
Research and gather additional data to provide a comprehensive picture of people and events in the news

Desired Skills:

Undergraduate degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or business (minimum 3.2 GPA)
Strong reading comprehension, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret large amounts of news coverage and succinctly communicate trends and insights
Intellectual curiosity, accountability, a sense of humor, and a commitment to staying on top of current events and global news
