We want to ensure that all content—from product pages to landing pages to campaign assets—is consistently fresh, accurate, and aligned with both our brand standards and technical requirements. Our future goals include optimizing for user experience and conversion, driving SEO performance, and ensuring a smooth migration to Shopify . This is where we need your support: Being the h eart of our brand's online narrative , ensuring our digital presence is not only deeply reflective of our mission but also a powerful driver of market leadership and commercial success. Supporting the Shopify migration as a pivotal content stakeholder . Managing and maintaining content across all Glow25 international shops. Acting as the bridge between Brand , E-Commerce, Creative, and Tech to guarantee consistency and timely execution. Reviewing and proofing all content before publishing to ensure quality and compliance . Owning and improving content processes with a focus on SEO, user experience, and conversions. Handling daily CMS updates , content requests, testing of new features, and providing administrative support for smaller adjustments. You have the following experience: Expert knowledge of CMS, especially Shopify – this is a must-have. At least three years of experience in web content management or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or consumer goods. Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush) and analytics tools (GA4) is desirable. Understanding of UX and conversion optimization (must-have). Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (desirable, not mandatory). Fluent English & German (C1-2) is required. Additional languages such as French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish are a strong plus. These are traits that describe you: Accountability : You take ownership of your work and deliver reliably.
