Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends. Duties • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. • Create engaging viral content that aligns with our branding and marketing goals. • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening to inform content creation and strategy adjustments. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community relations. • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. • Create reports on social media performance metrics to present insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Experience • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and successful campaigns. • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design principles is highly desirable. • Familiarity with public relations practices and relationship management within digital marketing contexts. • Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus, along with knowledge of branding principles. • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
