You’ll be joining a team that truly cares—about the work they do and about each other.About the roleOur client is looking for a creative Web and Brand Designer with strong skills in Figma and a solid understanding of UX and marketing-focused design. In this role, you'll design custom landing pages, full website layouts, and brand identities for a wide variety of clients. You’ll take a creative brief and turn it into stunning, on-brand digital experiences. Whether it’s creating a homepage from scratch, developing logo concepts, or structuring content for accessibility and flow, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping how our clients show up online.Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly and visually stunning websites in Figma.
Create complete brand identities, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
Structure website content in a clear, accessible, and conversion-focused way.
Use AI tools to help brainstorm and generate simple copy ideas.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop marketing-driven design concepts.
Design assets for social media, ads, and other digital campaigns as needed.
Assist with basic front-end implementation in tools like Webflow or through HTML/CSS.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in web and brand design.
Strong skills in Figma (experience in Adobe XD is a plus).
Excellent visual and typographic skills, with a keen eye for layout and branding.
Solid understanding of UX principles and how design supports marketing goals.
Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into polished, creative solutions.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable, dependable, and collaborative with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple design projects.
Good to have:
Basic HTML/CSS skills or experience implementing designs in Webflow.
Experience designing for social media and digital marketing assets.
Comfortable being client-facing and participating in design presentations.
