In this role, you'll lead the development of cutting-edge A/B testing tools, generating new ideas to solve challenges and improve user experiences. Your focus will be on advancing our testing capabilities and shaping the future of our web platform through creative problem-solving and data-driven experimentation strategies. Main Responsibilities Partner with product, design, and engineering professionals to build and lead an A/B testing platform.Collaborate closely with analysts and the data team to ensure stakeholders have strong confidence in experiment results.Work closely with web teams to develop and maintain the GA-based tracking system.Provide clear requirements for developers to ensure the smooth delivery of the roadmap, and address ad-hoc challenges on a daily basis. Core Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working with A/B testing platforms or analyzing experiment outcomes.Proficient in data analysis and analytical tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power-BI, and Big Query.Hands-on experience with Google products infrastructure and Google Analytics data model.Team player, inquisitive, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.Self-driven and organized, with a strong desire to learn. Salary Range Gross Salary 3200 - 4500 EUR/Month
