Warehouse Worker – Inventory & Shipping/Receiving Location: Conroe, Texas Pay: $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience) Company: Land Clearing & Mulching Services About Us: We are a leader in land clearing and mulching operations, providing high-quality service and equipment support across the region. We operate a warehouse that supports our field crews with essential parts, tools, and materials. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team and help manage inventory, shipping, and receiving operations. Responsibilities: Assist with daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and organizing materials. Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular stock checks. Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Prepare and package outgoing shipments in a safe and organized manner. Receive deliveries and verify accuracy of shipments and purchase orders. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times. Assist with equipment parts, supplies, and materials used in land clearing and mulching operations. Communicate effectively with field crews and office staff regarding inventory needs. Qualifications: Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred. Forklift or equipment operation experience a plus (training available). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed). Compensation: $15 – $20 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement and training available.
