In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, to define and execute a product strategy that meets the evolving needs of customers. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll be responsible for: Engaging with customers to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets their needs. Conceptualizing a clear product vision and strategy for Amazon Cognito External Services that aligns with overall business goals. Creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, industry trends, and business impact. Working closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality features on time. Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjusting the product strategy accordingly. Defining and tracking key metrics to measure the success of the product and inform future decisions. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3+ years of technical product management experience with internet businesses. A proven track record of taking a product from conception to market, with experience working with customers, technical teams, and management. Strong understanding of modern software development, web development frameworks, and APIs. Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products, with responsibility for the full product lifecycle. Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle. Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies. An MBA or equivalent experience. 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager. In addition to these qualifications, you'll need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and drive informed decision-making. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams to alignment in ambiguous problem spaces. A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year to $236,800/year, depending on market location and individual experience. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
