Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.
AT&T has an opening for an enterprise IT support officer (EITSO) to support the LSC projects functional area in providing technical support and customer service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides technical support and customer service to the organization's users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes)
Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located within a call center
Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems
Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems
Performs routine assignments in the entry level
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution
Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices
Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Exchanges basic information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Shift: 9:30am-6pm
Required Clearance:
TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures
BA/BS and 0 years of experiences, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 4 years
