You will:Access channels platforms and check if the Quartile's data basis is coherent with it;Open tickets and follow them up with other tech teams;Analyze and answer internal and external client tickets;Understand Quartile's system and check its daily operations in general;Analyse and validate new productsDevelop reports and documentationsDevelop analysis of product improvementOptimize our verification and validation – Continuous improvement BENEFITS: The opportunity to join an international team!
