Position Type: W2-Contract
Locations: Charlotte, NC
Work Mode: Hybrid (Three days onsite and two days remote)Must Have Skills: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Webservices and SQLJob Description:
Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsible for day-to-day operation support of email functionality, including:
configuration and environments support for various lines of business
integration management / alerts monitoring
email stats reporting for the business
web certificate renewals
email archiving
user role configuration
risk management
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud
Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams
JavaScript / HTML
Experience in REST/SOAP web services
Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman
Experience in database administration / excellent SQL
Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices
