As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by providing expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levelsContribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targetsAccountable for delivering to target start datesLead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection processWhere possible, include member(s) of the sourcing team in the discussion and if not, share the outcome of the discussion with them to ensure they can develop the sourcing plan and source effectively for the roleBuilding and maintaining hiring manager relationshipsResponsible for client satisfaction within own business areaResponsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the candidate recruitment experience until start dateIf relevant, provide timely and quality feedback on the long / short lists supplied by the sourcing team, ensuring any necessary changes are made before submission to the hiring managerEnsure that all changes to a candidateās status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reportingEnsure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely mannerIf required conduct telephone screens and / or technical screens using standard templates ensuring that all candidates submitted on the short list to the hiring manager meet required quality standardsIf contractually required by the account, conduct competency based interviews (either by telephone or face-to-face)Accountable for the quality of the short list presented to the hiring manager and presenting and selling the short list to the hiring managerSupport the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offerClose the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections and support the candidate during their notice periodCompliant with legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)SkillsProven experience working toward and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within a fast-paced, client-driven environmentRequired experience recruiting for engineering, mechanical, and/or manufacturing roles, including niche technical profilesHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including candidate management, reporting, and troubleshootingSolid experience conducting candidate screening and interviews across multiple role typesStrong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence hiring decisions at multiple levelsDemonstrated ability to manage candidates throughout the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including high-volume recruitment and activities such as selection days or assessment centersStrong proficiency using recruitment technology, databases, and digital sourcing toolsProven ability to build, manage, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at different levelsExperience influencing and advising stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making throughout the hiring processDemonstrated success collaborating with remote or distributed teamsUnderstanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment activities (e.g., non-discrimination, contractor compliance, and other regulatory considerations)BenefitsFull training and supportHigh value and challenging workA vibrant, diverse, and collaborative cultureFlexible workingA competitive reward and benefits packageThe opportunity to embark on a recruitment career with one of the worldās leading recruitment companiesCompany OverviewWe are people experts.
