We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, customer-centric approach, and dedication to fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth. **Role Overview** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. You will also periodically provide support through outbound calls, accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances. Additionally, you will enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed. Your technical and program policy proficiency will be maintained within the client rules/guidelines and other related program policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements * Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances * Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed * Maintain technical and program policy proficiency within the client rules/guidelines and other related program policies * Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles * Periodically provide support through outbound calls **Benefits of this Role:** * Competitive hourly pay rate of $16.00 per hour after training (bi-weekly pay) * Paid training program with equipment provided ($15.00 per hour) * Full-time schedule (40 hours a week) * Career growth opportunities * Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes * Full benefits package, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time **Requirements:** * High School Diploma/GED * Must be 18 years of age * Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check * Previous customer service and/or call center experience * Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers * Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback * Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment * Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds * Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred * Ability to successfully complete paid training * Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-10pm EST, Monday-Friday **States Not Applicable for this Position:** * AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY * Metro Areas: MN- Minneapolis, IL, NY - NYC * OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC Met **Pay Transparency Laws** arenaflex is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits.
