Qualifications: Degree in School Counseling or a related field Ohio Certification or Licensure as a School Counselor Experience in a School Setting: Preferred experience working with K-12 students, with a strong understanding of school counseling principles and practices.Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and school staff, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
