We are hiring in multiple countries including Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom, and Uruguay.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Coordination: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their scheduling and travel needs; assist with creating, organizing, and managing travel schedules (flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities); and ensure schedules align with client preferences, budgets, and special requests.
• Schedule Management: Create detailed itineraries, update schedules promptly to accommodate changes, confirm bookings, and monitor deadlines for timely communication regarding reservations and adjustments.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and interactions using company systems; resolve scheduling conflicts professionally; and stay informed about system updates and best practices.

Required Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Customer service or scheduling experience is preferred but not required—training is provided.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM systems (training provided).
