Virtual Receptionist/ Social Media Manager
We are seeking a Virtual Receptionist/ Social Media Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls for appointments
• Schedule and modify appointments as needed
• Communicate with therapists as needed regarding requests or changes that need to be made in the schedule
• Return voicemails in a timely manner.
• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Create social media content and posts, while managing communication with likers and subscribers.
• Invoicing clients
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Spa setting
• Knowledge of massage and skin care industry
• Previous experience in market research or other related fields
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Computer/ Sales/ Social Media marketing development needed.
