Virtual Project Manager 10-25 Hours per Week (IC-SR)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage communications between multiple stakeholders
• Build out project management timelines from 3 weeks to 2 months projects
• Create project plans
• Ensure meeting deadlines, deliverables, requirements, etc.
• Send follow ups and reminders
• Organize documents
• Create processes and systems as needed
• Assist with various other projects / tasks
• Platforms:
• Linear
• Ghost
• Experience as an IT project manager (a must)
• Experience with Ghost / WordPress (a plus)
• Experience with Asana / Pivotal Tracker (a plus)
• Excellent communicator
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Likes deadlines
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and timezones
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• 10-25 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
