Senior UX/UI Designer (Contract)

Job Description: Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and user needs Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders in an agile environment Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while staying current on design trends and best practices Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and functional Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Qualifications: Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects Strong focus on UI design Extensive experience with Figma, proficient in all its features and functionality. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices Experience in conducting user research and usability testing Ability to work in an agile environment, iterating designs based on feedback and new insights Strong communication skills with a negotiation level of English (both written and verbal) Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to details and a sophisticated aesthetic sense Strong AI adaptation capability Nice to have AI, 3D, AR, VR, Figjam, Miro design experience Experience in branding Experience in financial and healthcare sectors Additional Information: Why Appic?
