Collaborative Therapies is seeking a Virtual Occupational Therapist Evaluator to join our growing interdisciplinary team. This position focuses primarily on conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for school-based students and developing measurable, standards-aligned IEP goals.
Position Overview
The Virtual OT Evaluator will:
Conduct remote occupational therapy evaluations for K–12 students
Interpret assessment data and generate comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop clear, measurable, and educationally relevant IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings as needed
Maintain compliance with Florida DOE and district guidelines
Minimum Requirements
Active and unrestricted Florida Occupational Therapy license (required)
Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
Strong clinical writing skills (must be comfortable drafting full evaluation reports independently)
Proficiency in developing data-driven, measurable IEP goals
Ability to manage timelines and meet compliance deadlines
Ideal Candidate
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting
Strong knowledge of IDEA regulations and educational eligibility criteria
Skilled in translating evaluation findings into functional, classroom-based recommendations
