Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference in the lives of others. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry Work At Home, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and patients by providing accurate and timely data entry services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurately entered into our systems, and that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling. * Investigate to obtain missing pharmacy data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation. * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities. * Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting. **Essential Qualifications** * High school certificate or GED. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports as well as access data online). * Basic web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule. * Comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role. * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits. * A dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
