Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a trusted school district in New Hope, MN, to hire two Licensed School Nurses (LSNs) for full-time, onsite positions for the upcoming school year. This opportunity offers a unique itinerant caseload overseeing five schools districtwide.

Position Details:
• Dates: September 2, 2025 – June 3, 2026
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Caseload: Itinerant across 5 schools within the district
• Number of Positions: 2
• Compensation: $47–$52 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time, onsite

Daily Responsibilities Include:
• Providing direct nursing care and health services to students and staff
• Managing and updating student health records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Coordinating immunization compliance and conducting health screenings
• Developing health care plans for students with chronic conditions
• Acting as a health resource for school staff, students, and parents
• Responding to emergencies and providing first aid/CPR as needed

State Requirements:

Candidates must hold all of the following credentials to be considered:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Public Health License
• School Nurse License issued by the Minnesota Board of Teaching
• CPR and BLS Certifications

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
