Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in education consulting, instructional design, or a related role. • Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum development, and instructional strategies. • Proficiency in educational technologies, including LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and data analytics software. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with data analysis and reporting to assess program effectiveness. • Certification in instructional design, project management, or educational technology is a plus.
