Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's products and services to assist customers effectively and promote cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues tothe appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring a swift resolution.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and information in the system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and remotely in a self-disciplined manner.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
