Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, E-Commerce) – Order Processing & Tracking (Vilnius Time Zone ±2h)
We are a growing e-commerce business in Lithuania looking for a detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant to support order processing, tracking, and marketplace tasks. Accuracy is absolutely critical — even small errors (duplicate orders, wrong countries, missing tracking) create costs and delays.
This is a long-term role for someone reliable, proactive, and available daily in the 5–9 PM Vilnius time window.
Responsibilities (1–3 hrs/day)
Core Operations (from day one):
Upload tracking numbers to marketplaces.
Check status of orders and ensure deliveries progress smoothly.
Contact couriers (UPS, DPD, etc.) if issues arise.
Communicate with customers about order status and pickup points.
Order Processing (after onboarding):
Place customer orders with suppliers daily between 5–9 PM LT.
Monday-Friday, and Sunday.
Double-check all details (country, SKU, quantity) before confirming.
Handle problems such as delayed or missing shipments.
Marketplace Maintenance (occasional):
Monitor product listings for errors (paused, missing images, bad prices).
Keep competitor price/sales list updated.
Suggest improvements and flag issues proactively.
Working Hours
Must be available 5–9 PM LT (±2h flexibility if needed).
Workdays: Sunday–Thursday evenings.
~1–4 hours/day depending on workload.
Requirements
Proven VA experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service.
Extreme attention to detail — zero tolerance for avoidable errors.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow precise instructions.
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.
