Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and comprehend business requirements concerning data reporting.
• Designing, formatting, and delivering reports that precisely meet business needs while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies relevant to data reporting.
• Documenting processes, configurations, and procedures within the reporting function to ensure clear and current records.
• Implementing automation strategies to enhance efficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to create advanced data flows and comprehensive dashboards for presentations.
• Applying best practices for navigating and publishing BI reports, managing permissions, and tracking usage by data users.
• Assisting data teams in querying, structuring, and modeling data for reports and dashboards using programming languages.
• Analyzing business data to create descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive reports with advanced visuals to uncover trends and insights.
• Mentoring team members on data visualization best practices and facilitating their growth in report development.
• Conducting testing with business partners and recommending enhancements to dashboards and reports.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
• Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for database development and analysis.
• Experience with Oracle and other database systems.
• A robust understanding of database design best practices and compliance regulations concerning data security.
• The ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentation for database procedures and designs.
• Experience in managing benefit functions and processing checks.
• A sharp eye for identifying and rectifying data discrepancies utilizing appropriate tools.
• Familiarity with data monitoring tools for tracking and enhancing data processes.
• Proven capability to automate data management tasks to bolster efficiency.
• Experience in generating reports and presentations that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of company policies and regulations to ensure compliance in data management.
