Role Overview
The Staff Data Analyst, Customer Success Strategy & Ops on the Strategic Initiatives team will be the architect of arenaflex’s analytics practice for the CSSO organization. You will partner cross‑functionally across the company, turning complex data sets into clear strategic recommendations that shape the future of our customer success programs, influence product roadmaps, and drive long‑term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the CSSO analytics practice: Design robust data pipelines and analytical frameworks that convert customer usage patterns and outcomes into strategic insights.
Develop comprehensive analytics frameworks: Create models that guide Customer Success strategy, support long‑term initiatives, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
