We are seeking a highly personable, creative, and organized Personal Assistant to join our team and assist the owner in managing daily tasks and helping build several companies simultaneously. This is a remote, work-from-home position, and only candidates based in the USA will be considered. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage schedules, set up appointments, handle various administrative tasks, and provide support for our programming and marketing system development efforts. Over time, there is potential for promotion to a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls and set up appointments.
Manage and organize daily schedules.
Assist in building and managing multiple companies.
Provide support in developing marketing systems to help sales reps achieve daily sales.
Work extensively with Google Docs and Canva.
Contribute creatively to projects, especially in web development and design.
Work strictly on Upwork's time tracker.
Availability to start work at 8 AM PST daily.
Work Monday through Friday.
Initially work 4 hours per day, with the potential to move to full-time (8 hours per day) within 30-60 days.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Reliable internet connection.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Experience with time-tracking software, specifically Upwork.
Familiarity with Google Docs and Canva.
Creative mindset and experience in web development/design is a plus.
Ambition to grow within the company and take on a managerial role over time.
