You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and deploy machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and quantitative strategies * Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and other programming languages * Apply analytical rigor and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, using advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms * Collaborate with finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers * Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and adapt to new modeling strategies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or a related field * At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field * Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in a related field * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, and R * Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and Seaborn * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * Experience with deep learning techniques, such as convolutional neural networks and recurrent neural networks * Experience with natural language processing and text analysis * Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure * Experience with data engineering and data architecture **Benefits** * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment** blithequark is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.
