About the Role
The Walt Disney Company is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator for Disney Vacation Club in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. This full-time role will provide technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the Disney Vacation Club Sales Channel.
This position will report to the Sales & Operations Project Manager and will be responsible for providing system solutions and impact decisions to meet business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Ā Process hardware updates for onboarding, transfers, leaves of absence (LOAs), and separations.
Ā Conduct regular hardware inventory audits to track and monitor devices.
Ā Partner with Business Operations and Business Technology to provide system solutions and impact decisions.
Ā Perform, coordinate, and implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system software releases, incident resolutions, and evaluate system solutions.
Ā Communicate system issues, incidents, downtimes, software releases, and outages for DVC Sales & Operations to Tech Partners and DVC leadership.
Ā Document, monitor, and analyze resolutions and improvements for interfacing DVC business systems.
Ā Assist with computer setup, troubleshooting, and daily support for system and equipment issues.
Requirements
Ā 2+ years of experience supporting operations applications.
Ā Ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs.
Ā Must have a valid FL Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ā Must be comfortable driving and maintaining various sizes of vehicles up to 15 passengers.
Ā Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ā Experience handling confidential information and effectively communicating incidents and resolutions to various levels of leadership.
Ā Advanced knowledge of computer systems and applications.
Ā Passion for continuous improvement within information technology or project management from an operations perspective.
Ā Technical skills to quickly learn systems, work independently, and collaborate in a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications
Ā Previous Experience in a System or Technical Support role.
Ā Previous Experience with Walt Disney World Systems.
Ā Troubleshooting Methodology (Root Cause Analysis).
