Inbound Sales Representative ($1,000 Completion Bonus)
About the position Responsibilities • Build rapport with customers and prepare insurance quotes. • Advise customers on coverage options and convert quotes into new policies. • Utilize compassion and persuasion skills to enhance customer interactions. • Participate in a 10-week training program to develop sales skills and product knowledge. • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Requirements • 2 years prior sales or professional office experience required. • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing. • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-haves • Active P&C or personal lines insurance license.
