As Vice President of Solution Engineering, you will be the visionary architect of the technical journey for our North American customers. You'll lead a high-impact team of brilliant technical experts, driving immense customer value across the entire DevSecOps lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape bold go-to-market strategies, scale world-class engineering practices, and mentor the next generation of JFrog talent.

As a Vice President of Solution Engineering, North America in JFrog you will...
β€’ Define and execute a high-impact technical strategy for our North American organization that aligns with our vision of seamless, "Liquid Software" delivery.
β€’ Scale a high-impact pre-sales engine that excels at articulating complex value propositions, executing flawless technical validations, and accelerating the customer journey from initial discovery to production-ready adoption.
β€’ Coach and empower Solution Engineering managers to become visionary leaders who drive their teams toward successful execution of company OKRs.
β€’ Inspire and manage a diverse team of solution experts, engineers, and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
β€’ Deepen partnerships with Sales leadership to build aggressive GTM strategies that win the market and accelerate the adoption of JFrog solutions.
β€’ Work directly with our community and Fortune 100 customers to ensure their success, while feeding critical insights back to our Product and R&D teams.
β€’ Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and provide clear performance forecasts to senior management.

To be a Vice President of Solution Engineering, North America in JFrog you need...
β€’ At least 7 years in senior leadership positions, with a proven track record of managing high-performing pre-sales organizations.
β€’ A demonstrated track record of success in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally within organizations generating $100M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
β€’ 10+ years in senior customer-facing management roles, backed by a strong understanding of Enterprise sales methodologies and SaaS business models.
β€’ A solid foundation in DevSecOps, agile development, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, with specific domain expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
β€’ Demonstrated capability in organizational planning and execution, with the ability to lead complex change management in a growing enterprise.
β€’ Advantageous experience in the technical sales of hybrid solutions (On-prem & SaaS) to meet customers wherever they are in their journey.
β€’ A Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably with a major in Computer Science or Engineering.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
β€’ Open to remote work for candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance to the Sunnyvale or Atlanta office.
β€’ At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
β€’ This position has a base salary range between $280,000 to $310,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
β€’ Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
β€’ This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
