Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents, providing empathetic and professional support Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims, facilitating effective collaboration and resolution De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary, utilizing your excellent problem-solving and communication skills Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes, maintaining accurate and detailed records Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License and have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. You should be over 18 years of age, have a High School Graduate or GED, and be able to navigate Windows operating systems. Strong oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills are also essential.
