Vice President E&S Property
We're looking for a VP or AVP E&S Property to join a leading property carrier to focus on growing and managing a profitable book of non-admitted property coverage. If you're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of E&S property and strong wholesale broker relationships, this role is for you.
The Role
ā¢ Build and manage a profitable book of E&S Property business with approved wholesale broker partners.
ā¢ Determine appropriate pricing, structure, and capacity deployment.
ā¢ Monitor individual and portfolio performance metrics and contribute to ongoing strategy development.
ā¢ Assess CAT modeling outputs
ā¢ Collaborate with regional leadership to support business development and profitable growth.
Requirements
ā¢ 5+ years of experience underwriting large and middle market property accounts
ā¢ Strong background in the non-admitted/E&S space
ā¢ Wholesale property broker relationships required
ā¢ Northeastern contacts preferred
ā¢ BA/BS Degree Required
