Veeva Tagging & Medical Fact-Checking Specialist
Pay: $35.00–$55.00 per hour (based on experience) Location: Remote Hours: Flexible, up to 25–30 hours/week Job Type: Contract / Freelance Job Description We are seeking detail-oriented independent contractors with experience in Veeva PromoMats, Veeva tagging, and medical content QC. This role involves reviewing and tagging promotional medical materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper metadata alignment within Veeva systems. Requirements • Experience working in Veeva PromoMats or similar medical/regulatory software • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies • Experience with medical, scientific, or regulatory documentation is a plus • Familiarity with promotional review processes (MLR, medical/regulatory review, etc.) • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently • Excellent communication skills • Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Do you have experience with the AMA Style Guide?
