- Track and report on key performance indicators related to value consulting activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in value consulting, procurement consulting, or strategic consulting roles, with a managerial position
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of value-based selling, ROI methodologies, and procurement processes
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience working with Sales Management and Field Sales
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales enablement tools
- Fluent business-level written and verbal English; other languages are a plus
