[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. E INC is the parent company of EBlock, EDealer, and Cars.ca, aiming to create the best digital auction and retailing platform in the automotive industry. The Marketing Coordinator will support various marketing initiatives, including event coordination, branding, and asset management while working closely with the Marketing Event Manager and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Marketing Event Manager with planning and executing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events in the United States and CanadaCoordinate event logistics (e.g., rooming lists, F&B orders, A/V needs) and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, paying invoices, and following up with vendorsSupport event location sourcing and researchCoordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels) for internal teams and C-suite leadership as neededEnsure brand consistency across all event touchpoints (invitations, swag, on-site visuals) and assist in developing branded event materialsCollaborate with design teams/vendors to create visually compelling assets (signage, presentations, digital assets)Manage branded merchandise inventorySource and manage creative assets (logos, photography, templates)Contribute creative ideas for event themes and attendee engagementHelp research and maintain a calendar of industry eventsContribute to event reporting and internal communicationsManage departmental administrative responsibilities (meeting minutes, deadline follow-up)Support the broader marketing team with promotional campaignsCommunicate effectively and timely with colleagues and vendorsSkillsBachelor's degree0-1 years of experience (relevant internships, volunteer work, or university event planning experience accepted)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google SuiteExcellent organizational, time management, and communication (verbal and written) skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesA positive, team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solvingWillingness to learn new design and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)Ability to travel approximately 10-20% and flexibility to occasionally work nights/weekends for on-site eventsA passion for creating memorable experiencesExperience in a collaborative team environment or group projectsDemonstrated ability to be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAn eye for design or experience with tools like Adobe Creative SuiteInterest or experience in branding and visual storytellingBenefitsPaid time offParticipation in our benefits401k/RRSP matchingLife insurance programsContinuous learningAn amazing cultureCompany OverviewE INC is an auto-tech firm that focuses on improving the online purchasing experience.
