I am looking for an experienced trademark attorney or a law firm based in the United States who has handled trademark opposition cases before (especially opposition involving WORD TRADEMARKS).
Requirements:
ā¢ Must be licensed and based in the United States.
ā¢ Experience specifically with trademark opposition proceedings
ā¢ Must be able to work on hourly rate and provide reasonable rate estimates.
ā¢ Able to offer an initial consultation to evaluate our case.

1. Are you licensed in the U.S. and experienced in handling word mark oppositions?
2. What is your fee structure (hourly or per case) and your rate?
3. Do you offer an initial consultation, and is there a fee for it?
4. What is the typical timeline for an opposition case?
