About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Chemical Division team. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, from order entry to delivery and invoicing. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain positive business relationships, both internally and externally, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with courtesy and accuracy. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and issues, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other tools as required. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customer service operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments, using this information to provide informed support and guidance to customers. Essential Qualifications Relevant customer service experience, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to design and implement service-related improvements for customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications. Previous experience in a sales or account management role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
