What Youll be Doing
You are a seasons telephony engineer with 20+ years of experience delighting government clients with supporting their business needs through a variety of products, tools and skills.
You'll report to Vice President Technology Strategy, Public Sector
During a Typical Day, Youll
Drive design and implementation of new Cisco and Genesys contact center engagements in support of local, state and federal government agencies.
Work collaboratively with client teams and project managers to drive efficienciec in contact center operations through automation and technical capabilities.
Ensure technical designes are compliant with security regulations to include MARS-E, FedRAMP, PCI, SOC
Guide strategic planning for future growth
Interface with client executives to drive program deliverables and business enhancements.
What You Bring to the Role
15+ years in technical telecommunications and contact center implementations
5+ years experience in government compliance management
10+ years telephony integration design and implementation work
5+ years in report development
5+ years database management
