We are now seeking a highly skilled and service-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Solutions Advocate in Rockland, MA. About the Role As a Member Solutions Advocate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Member Solutions Center, providing top-notch service to our members via telephone. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including assisting members with loan payments, answering questions about account balances, opening new accounts, and providing support with our website, online banking, and bill pay features. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease. At blithequark, we are committed to setting you up for success with comprehensive on-the-job training and an introductory period that includes plenty of feedback and coaching. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to blithequark members via telephone, responding to a wide range of inquiries and requests. Assist members with loan payments, account balances, new account openings, and other banking services. Offer support and guidance on our website, online banking, and bill pay features. Work effectively in a busy environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve member issues and provide seamless service. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge of blithequark products and services. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with members and staff at all levels is essential. While not required, knowledge of credit union products and services is highly desirable, as is experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. You should also be comfortable navigating our mobile app and website. In terms of personal qualities, we are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are also essential. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of credit union products and services (preferred). Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred). Familiarity with mobile apps and websites. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
