Primary Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategies, including gamification, to motivate and recognize high-performing team members.
Project Management:
 Lead the delivery of LLM training projects in diverse areas like multimodality, mathematics, STEM etc, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
 Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and quality standards.
Client Relations:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
 Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, address concerns, and strengthen client relationships.
 Foster long-term partnerships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Technical Collaboration:
 Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the latest advancements in AI, LLM, and multimodality are integrated into training projects.
 Provide technical guidance to the team and clients, leveraging your expertise in AI and machine learning concepts.
 Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and machine learning.
 Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and methodologies into service offerings.
Operational Efficiency:
 Implement and optimize best practices for project delivery and operations to enhance efficiency and quality.
 Continuously improve delivery processes, leveraging data-driven insights to refine operations and project outcomes.
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project delivery and operational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale delivery projects, with a strong technical background.
 BachelorÂs or MasterÂs degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, AI).
 Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
 Extensive experience in data curation, annotation, and quality control processes.
 Ability to work on any kind of problem. Comfortable dealing with uncertainty, hearing NO's, navigating with 80% correct answers, and pushing through the darkness.
 Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and multimodal data processing concepts.
 Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to data analysis and problem-solving.
 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
 Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
 Experience in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Python/Swift.
