 Provide peer support services for members facing behavioral health issues and substance dependence
 Serve as a consumer advocate, offering information and resources to clients in various settings
 Assist members in setting and pursuing their recovery goals in collaboration with their treatment team
 Engage with clients remotely, adhering to CST or EST work hours
 Maintain knowledge of community resources and HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
 1 year of experience in Healthcare or Managed Care
 Knowledge of community resources and managed care practices
 Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality rules
 Availability to work CST or EST
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Graduate of a two- or four-year allied Health Program
 Experience in a psychiatric unit or facility
 Active and unrestricted Certified Peer Specialist certification
