The Position
We're looking to hire a Senior UX Researcher to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
ā¢ Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
ā¢ Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We Are Looking For
ā¢ 5+ years of professional experience focused on UX Research for digital products.
ā¢ Advanced English is required.
ā¢ Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
ā¢ Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and research synthesis.
ā¢ Strong experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
ā¢ Proficiency with UX research and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar.
ā¢ Hands-on experience using research and testing platforms such as UserTesting, UserZoom, or equivalent tools.
ā¢ Ability to analyze and synthesize research data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL.
ā¢ Experience creating clear research documentation, insights, and recommendations using tools such as Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.
ā¢ Comfort working in modern product environments using tools such as Jira, Productboard, or equivalent.
ā¢ Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
ā¢ Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
ā¢ Forensic attention to detail.
ā¢ A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
ā¢ Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
ā¢ Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
ā¢ Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
ā¢ Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
ā¢ Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
