Primary Responsibilities:
 Partner closely with team leaders to gain insight into role requirements and devise targeted recruitment strategies
 Build and foster a strong network of creative professionals and industry contacts
 Implement recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems to efficiently handle candidate information
 Lead the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to final decision
 Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit
 Track design industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition
 Attend and leverage industry events, digital channels, and professional groups to source outstanding design talent
 Continually refine recruitment methodologies and establish best practices for streamlined hiring
Requirements
 Demonstrated expertise in design-focused recruitment or talent acquisition
 Strong aptitude for networking and cultivating professional relationships
 BachelorÂs degree in Design, Human Resources, or a similar field preferred
 Experience in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
 Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
 A background in the digital or creative industry is highly valued
 Skilled at reviewing portfolios with an understanding of design principles
 Professional certifications in recruitment or memberships within the design industry are advantageous
