Responsibilities as a Benefit Specialist
Client Outreach Connect with clients who have inquired about their benefits.
Appointment Scheduling Set up virtual or in-home meetings to review client benefits.
Virtual Reviews Conduct benefit consultations through Zoom, offering personalized support.
Enrollment Assistance Guide clients through the enrollment process, making it seamless and easy.
Report Preparation Finalize a detailed report card for each client after the benefit review.
