What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner to ensure proper complaint coding and accurate assessment
- Perform data entry and prepare reports/graphs related to special projects, complaints, and lot qualification
- Maintain accurate documentation and files related to special projects, complaints, and lot qualification
- Review and analyze lot documentation to identify any anomalies related to reported product failures
- Escalate complex complaint issues as per department policies and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience with data management, record keeping, and troubleshooting in the Medical Device field
- Effective verbal and technical writing skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in generating and maintaining organized and accurate records
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, high-energy environment
- Quick decision-making skills based on vague or imperfect information
- Strong communication skills to engage with multiple levels of an organization
