Position Details:
• Location: Stockton, CA
• Position Type: Contracted (Full 2025-2026 School Year)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Full-Time (School Hours)
• Pay Rate: $18 - $23 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to students under the supervision of certified teachers and school staff
• Assist with classroom management, academic support, and behavioral redirection
• Adapt materials and support instructional activities for students with varying needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a paraprofessional or instructional aide in a school setting
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree or higher preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with students with special needs is a plus
