This person will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and commercial teams to translate insights into actionable product direction, support sales enablement, and drive go-to-market readiness for new capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Product AlignmentEngage with clients and prospects to identify needs, gaps, and emerging opportunitiesTranslate client requirements into product specifications and enhancement requestsDevelop use cases and playbooks demonstrating Hypha’s value in real-world applicationsPartner with sales and account teams to prepare materials, insights, and analyses that showcase product impactAct as a key voice shaping product roadmap decisions based on market trends and competitive intelligenceEnsure commercial strategy and product development remain synchronized across planning cyclesData & Insights Support for Commercial UseDive deeply into Hypha panel data to uncover insights and narratives for sales and marketing applicationsBuild custom analyses for strategic client pitches and partnershipsCollaborate with marketing to create thought leadership and category insightsTranslate complex data into clear, compelling product narratives and proof pointsCross-Team LeadershipServe as the commercial voice within the product organizationPartner closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to inform development prioritiesCommunicate product roadmap updates and upcoming releases to commercial stakeholders in a clear, actionable formatQualificationsExperience & Background5+ years in product strategy, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product marketingBackground in analytics, media measurement, ad tech, or a related data-driven industryProven ability to translate market feedback into product directionTrack record of success collaborating across product and commercial teams in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with audience measurement, consumer behavior analysis, or media researchSkills & CapabilitiesStrong communicator with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExceptional analytical thinker with ability to distill patterns and insights from complex feedbackSkilled in client engagement and solution shapingProficient in analyzing large structured datasets and developing insight-rich summariesStrong prioritization and decision-making skills aligned with product roadmap managementWorking knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data tools (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)Deep curiosity about media ecosystems—streaming, television, and digitalWhy Hypha MetricsOpportunity to shape the commercialization strategy of a pioneering media data platformCollaborative, cross-functional culture grounded in innovation and transparency
