Position: Sales Development Representative
Compensation: Competitive salary with on-target earnings of £33,030 (uncapped)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, shaping their knowledge of Workwarp and generating new interest in our solutions. You will utilize cutting-edge tools like Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Sandler sales training to enhance your skills and drive growth in your career. Your days will be filled with a multi-channel approach to outreach, showcasing Workwarp's technical solutions to solve prospect pain points, and collaborating with a competitive yet supportive sales team.
Your key achievements will include:
• Influencing leads and nurturing them into qualified opportunities to drive new business and hit team targets
• Collaborating with team members to expand your technical product knowledge and become an expert in Workwarp's value proposition
• Developing new outreach strategies using industry-leading technologies and skills
• Shaping Workwarp's product roadmap by sharing prospect feedback with marketing and development teams
To succeed in this role, you should:
• Have a desire to develop a sales career in a fast-growing tech company
• Be self-motivated with a competitive yet collaborative attitude and drive to succeed
• Be constantly looking to improve, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our salary and benefits package includes:
• On-target earnings of £33,030 (uncapped)
• Full-time opportunity with a mix of UK and US East Coast hours (1pm - 9pm UK)
